RETURN POLICY

Returns are welcomed up to 30 days from date of purchase and must meet the following:

• Product(s) must be in new condition unused;
• Must be returned with original packaging carton;
• Shipped via insured ground service (USPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer;
• We can not accept returns past 30 days from date of order.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, Including original packaging. 20% restocking fee applied.

We do not require a return authorization.

No exchanges are accepted.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare/Haircare/Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selection carefully.

Shipping cost are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. Check for accuracy of all email addresses and shipping details including apartment number, street number and name, city, state and zip code. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.

We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds and exchanges including but not limited to prevent fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

No returns on final sale items.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

• Do not mark or label original manufacturer's package;
• Place the original package into a shipping carton;
• Include invoice or order number inside the box;
• Clearly write the order number outside the shipping carton to prevent refusal.
